Lu Xun's prose From Baicaoyuan to Sanweishuwu paints a colorful and fully interesting park Baicaoyuan where Lu Xun spends his childhood. Sanweishuwu was an old-style private school where Lu Xun studied before he went faraway for higher education at 18.

3. West Lake in Hangzhou of Zhejiang

People always say that "Up above there is Paradise, down here there are Suzhou and Hangzhou". While for Hangzhou, the West Lake is no wonder a must-see scenic spot. Scholars and talents of all ages have left numerous poetry praising for the West Lake, like Tang Dynasty poet Bai Junyi and Song Dynasty poet Su Shi who wrote that "West lake may be compared to Lady of the West, whether she is richly adorned or plainly dressed."

4. Qinhuai River in Nanjing of Jiangsu

Qinhuai River is the cradle of old civilization in Nanjing and the mother river of Nanjing. Boasting a rich history and a lost prosperity, the place bears too much stories. Famous Tang Dynasty poet Du Mu wrote in the poetry named Qinhuai River that "The singing girls (comes from the poetry of Tang Dynasty) don't know the agony of the lost home; Still singing the song of 'Backyard Flower'(decadent music that presaging the fallen state ) beyond the river."

Mentioning Lushan, the most familiar verse may be "The true face of Lushan is beyond the ken of one deep in the heart of the mountain" by poet Su Shi. Lushan Mountain is a perfect summer resort and famous for its grandeur, steepness, and natural sights.

6. Baotu Spring in Jinan of Shandong

Anyone who has been through primary school in China will be impressed by Baotu Spring written by literary master Laoshe. Baotu Spring is the most famous and historical spring in Jinan. Laoshe had ever said that if there is no Baotu Spring, Jinan will lose half of its charm.
